The footage, broadcast shortly after 11pm on Monday, 18 August, appeared to show a man kissing and touching another man who seemed heavily intoxicated. At one point, the semi-conscious victim could be heard slurring his words and saying “no” as the suspect slapped him repeatedly across the face.
The man later stumbled away from the scene.
A shocked viewer, who watched the incident unfold in real-time, said they were “absolutely disgusted” by what they saw.
“It was sickening. The man has a lot of followers and a lot of people were watching it and seeing that. It was me who reported it to the police.”

The TikTok user who shared the stream was joined by another man online, who remarked: “This just doesn’t feel right.” Hundreds of other viewers also expressed concern in the comments, writing: “This behaviour is concerning” and “He can’t even hold his head up.”
