West Midlands Police carried out a drugs warrant at a property on Rowood Drive, off Lode Lane, on Tuesday, 18 November. Officers discovered more than 50 cannabis plants along with specialist growing equipment, including Omega Infinity Pro 3.0 LED lights.
Investigators also found that the electricity meter had been bypassed, allowing the criminals to use power without detection.
