Care services across Wales have achieved exceptionally high standards in the first seven months of a newly introduced ratings system, according to Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). Between April and October 2025, a total of 578 inspections were conducted for care homes and domiciliary support services, with 566 ratings published. The ratings system evaluates services across
