Hilton Park Care Home Celebrates Long Serving Staff

Two staff members at Hilton Park Care Home in Bottisham have been recognised with Long Service Awards for their years of dedication to Barchester Healthcare.

Derek Beatens, Head of Maintenance, and Nurse Oluwayemisi Sobanwa began their careers at Barchester in 2015 and 2005 respectively. Over the years, they have worked closely with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met with care and attention.

Adele Keenan, Employee Services Director at Barchester, said: “I am always pleased to hear about the long service of our staff and I am delighted that Derek and Oluwayemisi have reached these milestones. It is commitment like theirs that helps provide our residents with a happy and supportive environment.”

Geanina Tinca, General Manager of Hilton Park Care Home, added: “We are thrilled to celebrate the many years of loyal service from Derek and Oluwayemisi. Their dedication to this home and its residents is clear, and I look forward to many more years of working alongside both of them.”
