Now in its sixth year, the awards invited the public to vote for their favourite parks and attractions across 22 categories, including Best New Attraction, Best Theme Park for Families, Best Theme Park for Toddlers, Best Theme Park for Thrills, Best Seaside Park and the coveted Theme Park of the Year. More than 330,000 public votes were combined with scores from an expert judging panel to determine the winners.

In Norfolk, Bewilderwood in Hoveton took home the silver award in the Best Small Theme Parks for Toddlers category. Opened in 2007 and inspired by the storybook A Boggle at Bewilderwood, the woodland adventure park continues to be a family favourite in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
Meanwhile, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach was awarded bronze in the Best Seaside Park (South) category, narrowly missing out on higher honours to Adventure Island in Essex and Blackgang Chine on the Isle of Wight.
The winners were announced at a ceremony held at Wicksteed Park on 18 September, where attractions from across the UK came together to celebrate excellence in family entertainment.
